Whistleblower system
The EU directive on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (EU whistleblowing directive) became effective in December 2021 and has been implemented in the Austrian Whistleblower Protection Act. In accordance with the EU directive, the law stipulates the establishment of a contact point for the confidential reporting of violations of EU law.
Wien Holding commits themselves to integrity, transparency and the compliance with legal as well as internal requirements. For the confidential reporting of possible statutory violations, compliance violations or other drawbacks an external contact point is available in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
